The successful companies of Zenith Insurance plc and Link Insurance Company Limited were brought together through an acquisition by the Caribbean based financial services giant, Guardian Holdings Limited. As part of the process of streamlining its insurance businesses to deliver better customer service through improved operational efficiency, the insurance business of Link Insurance Company Limited was transferred to Zenith Insurance plc at the end of December 2007.
